Danielle’s Story
Danielle Javier takes her job as a groomer seriously. She sees every cut and groom as an opportunity to grow and hone her craft.
"My advice to other groomers is to be patient. You aren't gonna learn everything overnight. Learn to take constructive criticism and perfect your skills."
My shop is called Buttaz Puppy Cutz. It's black-owned, and I offer cage-free, one-on-one, straight-through grooming. I strive for perfection! Anytime a customer posts a picture of their doggy, I get excited to see that there isn't one misplaced hair. I got started in grooming when I was working at Petco. They asked me to shave a little matted Shih Tzu and I didn't think twice about accepting the job. It took me one hour to shave him and he was a patient little client.
